Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Senior Product Designer on a 12 Month FTC in the UK. The role is hybrid with at least two days per week on-site across Cardiff, Bristol or Manchester, and flexible working options.

You will craft end-to-end user experiences, prototype with Figma/Axure/Adobe XD, and collaborate closely with product and engineering to deliver accessible, customer-centred solutions. With 5+ years in product design, you’ll drive design initiatives from discovery to delivery,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience.
• Proven track record of creating intuitive user experiences with measurable outcomes.
• Owns end-to-end design from discovery through to delivery and optimisation.
• Excellent prototyping, wireframing and ability to communicate design rationale.
• Comfortable working with established design systems and evolving them.
• Able to connect design decisions to business objectives and customer value.
• Highly collaborative with multidisciplinary teams across design, product, engineering and research.
• Strong storytelling and stakeholder influencing skills.
• Values collaboration and feedback and inclusive design practices.
• Comfortable using AI to improve efficiency and decision-making in design.

Responsibilities
