Job summary

DVF Recruitment is supporting a leading global consulting firm to recruit an Associate Director for Cyber Consulting in London, with hybrid work options. The role centres on deep technical cyber risk across the deal lifecycle, advising PE sponsors, portfolio companies and infrastructure investors on pre-deal diligence, remediations and exit readiness.

The role requires Genuine OT/ICS experience and strong familiarity with frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Controls and IEC 62443.

Qualifications

• Experience assessing controls against recognised frameworks.
• Knowledge of GDPR, NIS2, DORA, FCA/PRA and related resilience acts.
• Deal advisory, M&A or infrastructure investment experience.
• Confident in pitching, proposing and building client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on cyber, technology and digital risk across the deal lifecycle.
• Perform technical due diligence, hold-period risk monitoring and 100-day planning.
• Advise infrastructure investors across energy, aviation and data centres.
• Translate risk into commercial and investment terms for senior stakeholders.
