Job summary

ERM seeks an experienced Principal Consultant – Offshore Consents Manager to lead post-consent environmental compliance for major infrastructure projects across offshore wind, subsea transmission and renewable energy. You will manage consent requirements, planning conditions, commitments and regulatory obligations from consent through construction.

Qualifications

• Experience in environmental consent management and post-consent compliance on major infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and environmental commitments.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement with regulators, clients and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Offshore Consents Manager activities from consent through construction.
• Develop consent management and compliance strategies to reduce risk.
• Maintain registers for consents, commitments and obligations.
• Coordinate submissions for discharge of requirements and planning conditions.
• Act as primary contact for consent and regulatory queries from project teams.
