Job summary

ERM is seeking a Principal Consultant to lead post-consent compliance and consent management on major offshore infrastructure projects in the UK. You will work with project teams, regulators and clients to translate consent requirements into delivery solutions.

You will own compliance strategies, oversee environmental commitments and monitoring, and grow ERM’s post-consent services offering while supporting the energy transition.

Qualifications

• Experience in offshore consent management and post-consent compliance on major infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of UK offshore consenting frameworks and environmental commitments.
• Ability to lead regulatory engagement and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-consent compliance and consent management on offshore developments.
• Develop and implement strategies to manage environmental commitments and monitoring.
• Coordinate discharge of requirements, planning conditions, and licences.
• Provide regulatory leadership and concise reports for leadership and regulators.
• Mentor junior consultants and support business development activities.
