We are seeking a Principal Mechanical Engineer to join our Property Services team in Manchester or Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity to work on buildings that adapt and respond to environmental changes, focusing on efficiency, reliability, and lifecycle value.

You will manage a varied portfolio of UK-based projects, including small projects up to several million pounds, providing technical support to clients and stakeholders. Our key services include:

You should be a qualified design engineer (chartered or working towards it) with experience in existing building projects, excellent communication skills, and a strong technical background in building services. Other requirements include:
