Your mission: design, innovate, and deliver projects that elevate manufacturability, refine quality, and boost customer satisfaction. Collaborate within dynamic, cross-functional teams to usher in groundbreaking laundry products and refine established lines for peak efficiency. In addition, you will guide emerging engineers, inspiring their growth within a nurturing team environment.

Your Mission

1. Innovate comprehensive mechanical and electrical subsystems and components.
2. Leverage 3D CAD (Creo) for cutting-edge designs in sheet metal, plastics, and die cast parts.
3. Assess designs for manufacturability, automation, and cost efficiency.
4. Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance and review existing product designs.
5. Facilitate technical support for engineering and pilot projects.
6. Draft and refine product specifications and technical documents.
7. Curate and update product bill of materials effectively.
8. Contribute to the team by bringing nascent product concepts to fruition.

Your Background

Educational and Professional Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
2. 8+ years in design/product engineering experience.
3. Proficient in mechanical/electrical system design, with a focus on manufacturing complexities.

Skill Set:

1. Thrive in a project team setup with finely tuned attention to detail.
2. Experience with Creo or comparable 3D modeling software.
3. Experience in home appliance industries.
4. Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills.
