Job summary

Eclipse Power Group is seeking a Principal Consultant to expand its Advisory team, focusing on electricity transmission and distribution planning, operation, and regulatory aspects. The role involves client-facing consultancy, leadership of a consulting team, and developing service offerings.

The role requires knowledge of grid connections, a background in design or network planning, and line management experience.

Qualifications

• Essential: consulting experience in challenging environments and project/tender management.
• Essential: ability to lead consulting projects as engineering/technical/resource.
• Essential: strong business acumen, engineering/technical knowledge, and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice to customers – technical, commercial, regulatory.
• Project manage external engineering, technical and regulatory projects.
• Deliver and grow Advisory service offering to the market.
• Implement processes and systems to deliver the above.
• Lead the team of consultants to deliver services.
• Contribute to strategy and leadership of the Advisory business unit.
• Support clients through Eclipse Power network adoption via advisory services.
• Grow and build the Eclipse Power Group business.
