Job summary

Centrica is seeking a Principal Engineer to shape the future of our customer contact technology across voice, chat, email and WhatsApp. You will provide technical leadership in an AWS-native platform built around Amazon Connect and Amazon Bedrock, while staying hands-on to review designs, pair on complex builds, and mentor engineers.
