Job summary

IC Resources is seeking a Senior Electronics Engineer to join a growing engineering team developing advanced communications and electronic systems. You will lead analogue, digital and mixed-signal design across the full product lifecycle.

You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-performance hardware for technically challenging applications, perform reliability testing, and support product introductions while mentoring junior engineers.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong experience in analogue and digital circuit design at component level.
• Experience taking products through full development lifecycle from concept to manufacture.
• Knowledge of microprocessors, ADCs, DACs and digital interfaces.
• Schematic capture and PCB design experience.
• Familiarity with EMC/EMI design principles and testing.
• Laboratory equipment experience (oscilloscopes, multimeters, analysis tools).
• Experience with RF/high-frequency electronics and high-volume manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop analogue, digital and mixed-signal electronic systems.
• Create signal conditioning circuits, filters, amplifiers and power supply modules.
• Develop digital hardware using microprocessors, ADCs, DACs and logic.
• Produce technical specifications, simulations and component selection activities.
• Generate schematics and define PCB requirements, including stack-up and material selection.
• Integrate and troubleshoot hardware and interfaces (PCIe, USB, Ethernet, CAN, I2C, SPI).
• Perform system integration, verification and validation testing.
• Produce test documentation, reports and reliability assessments.
• Lead and participate in design reviews.
• Support product introduction, root cause investigation and fault diagnosis.
