Job summary

IC Resources is seeking a Principal Electronics Engineer to drive architecture, design and delivery of complex electronic systems. You will provide technical leadership across multidisciplinary teams and shape future product direction.

Responsibilities include leading analogue, digital and mixed-signal design, defining hardware roadmaps, and taking products from concept to production with manufacturing support. Strong communication and mentoring skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong experience in analogue and digital electronic design.
• Experience of full product lifecycle development from concept to production.
• Knowledge of PCB design, embedded systems, and hardware integration.
• Ability to lead technical projects and mentor engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of analogue, digital, and mixed-signal electronic systems
• Define hardware architectures and technical roadmaps for new product development
• Take products from concept through to production and manufacturing support
• Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to engineering teams
• Work closely with software, mechanical, manufacturing, and systems engineers
• Support testing, validation, EMC compliance, and product qualification activities
