Job summary

Gearset Limited is seeking a Principal DevOps Engineer to build and maintain production infrastructure across AWS and Kubernetes. You will drive security, observability, and scalable multi-tenant services while collaborating with engineering, product, and data teams in a remote UK setting.

You’ll work on CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, and .NET tech alongside an engineering culture focused on rapid, value-driven delivery across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering infrastructure for production systems in a scalable, secure manner.
• Hands-on AWS experience: VPC, IAM, EC2, RDS, S3, EKS.
• Experience in CI/CD pipeline configuration and operation.
• Experience in agile software development and delivering value incrementally.
• Experience with observability and alerting in distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Build, operate and evolve multi-tenant infrastructure on AWS and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, marketing and sales teams to deliver value.
• Support security improvements and incident detection/response in production.
• Help scale services globally while maintaining reliability and security.
