Job summary

Brandon James is seeking a highly experienced Architect or CDM Principal Designer to take on a lead role in CDM and Building Regulations, with responsibility for mitigating health and safety risk across projects and guiding Gateway processes.

The successful candidate will have at least 15 years in an Architectural or Building Control environment and be registered as a RIBA, CIAT or APS Principal Designer. Salary is negotiable, with a guide up to £70,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 15+ years within an Architectural or Building Control Surveyor / RBI role.
• Registered as a RIBA, CIAT or APS Principal Designer for HRBs or a Class 3 G/H RBI / Building Control Surveyor.

Responsibilities

• Mitigate design stage health and safety risks and support Gateway processes management.
