Job summary

Brandon James is seeking a Senior Architect and Principal Designer for a London-based consultancy. The role focuses initially on Building Regulation Principal Design, then splits duties between Architect and Principal Designer.

The successful candidate will lead design teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and liaise with clients from concept to construction completion. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years as a qualified Architect, with demonstrated experience in managing Building Regulation

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a qualified Architect.
• Experience creating processes for Building Regulation compliance within Principal Design.
• Strong leadership and multidisciplinary team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of complex projects.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure compliance within the Principal Designer role and Building Regulations.
• Maintain design quality and liaise with clients throughout项目 lifecycle.
• Support projects from concept through construction completion.
• Engage with stakeholders to align with Building Safety Act 2022 requirements.
