Intapp is seeking a Principal Consultant, Legal to lead enterprise engagements around the DealCloud platform. London or East Coast USA, with deep experience in Law/Accounting/Consulting contexts and a capacity to influence at senior levels.

You will design scalable data solutions, mentor teams, and drive successful real-world outcomes for top professional firms. This role emphasizes strategic advisory and hands-on delivery.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of client-facing software implementation experience on complex enterprise engagements.
• Hands-on experience implementing marketing/CRM software for enterprise clients.
• Strong analytical instincts translating complex requirements into scalable solutions.
• Confidently leading workshops and advising senior stakeholders.
• Experience with law/accounting/consulting firms is an advantage.
• Degree in information systems, business administration, or equivalent.
• SQL or relational database knowledge is a bonus.

As a Principal Consultant at Intapp, you'll lead enterprise engagements for clients implementing Intapp DealCloud, the relationship and deal management platform trusted by the world's leading professional firms. This isn't a configuration role. You'll advise senior stakeholders, architect scalable data solutions, and help clients fundamentally improve how they manage relationships, pipelines, and institutional knowledge.

What You'll Do

• Lead complex enterprise engagements from discovery through delivery, designing solutions that fit the client's business, not just the brief
• Advise C-suite and senior stakeholders on platform strategy and data architecture
• Lead workshops, shape data migration planning, and produce clear design documentation with technical leads
• Collaborate across product, customer success, and support to ensure what you build actually lands
• Contribute to pre-sales scoping and solution design for new engagements
• Develop design frameworks that raise consistency and quality across the practice
• Support and mentor junior colleagues, helping elevate the team's delivery standards

What You'll Bring

• Five or more years of client-facing software implementation experience, with a track record on complex enterprise engagements
• Hands‑on experience implementing marketing /CRM software in a client‑facing capacity working with enterprise level clients
• Strong analytical instincts and the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions
• Confidence leading workshops and advising senior stakeholders
• Experience wth law/accounting/consulting firms a distinct adantage
• A degree in information systems, business administration, or equivalent experience
