Job summary

Intapp is seeking a Manager, DealCloud Services Delivery (EMEA) in London, hybrid. You will lead a portfolio of client implementations for financial institutions and professional services organisations, balancing hands-on delivery with team leadership to meet client expectations and timelines.

You'll drive delivery quality, staffing, forecasting and profitability, coach your team, engage client stakeholders and contribute to delivery methodology as the DealCloud product evolves.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in consulting or professional services, including 2+ years in management
• A track record delivering complex implementations (bonus if within a financial institution or professional services firm)
• Excellent communication skills and strong commercial and analytical acumen, including supporting scoping activity and managing change requests
• Genuine curiosity about the DealCloud platform and a willingness to go deep on how it works
• Comfort balancing team leadership with hands-on client work
