Arrows Group in London is seeking an experienced Principal Recruitment Consultant to lead a 360 desk across permanent and contract roles. You’ll win and manage enterprise clients, delivering solutions-led engagements across the wider group.

The role focuses on strategic partnerships, expertise in MSP/RPO/SOW models, and building a high-value desk in a performance-driven environment. A competitive package is on offer.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in 360 recruitment across permanent and contract.
• Proven track record winning and growing enterprise clients.
• Experience managing key accounts and selling volume hiring solutions.
• Familiar with MSP/RPO/SOW and managed service delivery models.
• Strong negotiation skills and proven revenue attainment.

Responsibilities

• Win new enterprise clients through targeted, strategic business development.
• Drive volume hiring pipelines across permanent and contract roles.
• Manage and grow key accounts as a trusted talent partner.
• Advise on hiring mix: permanent, contract, or blended models.
• Design and present talent solutions including SOWs and delivery models.
• Scope fixed-price tech work with permanent and contract supply.
