Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Principal Civil Engineer - Water to lead key water projects across the UK and Ireland. The role focuses on delivering robust civil designs, driving feasibility to detailed design, and mentoring the civils team within a multidisciplinary environment.

You will collaborate with other disciplines, manage design deliverables, and help shape solutions that protect communities and the environment.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering.
• Chartered status preferred.
• Water sector experience preferred, transferable skills welcome.
• Ability to lead civil design delivery within project timescales and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil design and deliverables for water projects in the UK & Ireland.
• Develop solutions from needs identification and feasibility through outline and detailed design.
• Lead civils project team and collaborate with other disciplines.
• Ensure design deliverables meet timescales and budget constraints.
