Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior Principal Civil Engineer to lead delivery of water sector projects in the UK. You will partner with clients across the UK to design, optimise and enable sustainable water infrastructure, from intake to distribution.

The role offers flexible working and the chance to mentor teams across Scotland to Ireland, with a track record of major projects and a commitment to net-zero. Chartered engineers with MEICA experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering.
• Chartered status preferred.
• Experience in water industry preferred.
• Understanding of Process and MEICA disciplines helpful.
• Awareness of environmental issues including net carbon preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions from need to detailed design.
• Support and manage project team members.
• Undertake scoping and design within required timescales and budgets.
• Produce and check technical reports.
