Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Principal Civil Engineer (Water) to lead major water sector projects in the UK, with responsibility for scoping, design and delivery across the South East England region. You will drive technical excellence, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with clients and stakeholders to develop sustainable water solutions.

The role requires a degree in Civil Engineering, Chartered status, and solid experience in water industry projects, including Process and MEICA.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering.
• Chartered status preferred.
• Experience in water industry and water sector projects.
• Knowledge of Process and MEICA disciplines and environmental considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from scoping through detailed design and delivery.
• Develop solutions for water sector needs and client requirements.
• Support and mentor project team members across disciplines.
• Produce and check technical reports and deliverables within required timelines.
