Job summary

Aldwych Consulting in Bristol is seeking a Principal / Associate Civil Engineer to lead the design and delivery of infrastructure schemes for residential and mixed-use developments, covering highways, drainage and site levels. You’ll manage project delivery and mentor junior engineers while building strong client relationships with approving bodies.

The role requires a degree in Civil Engineering with 6+ years’ experience, Chartered or working towards ICE, and proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or similar discipline (6+ years' experience).
• Chartered or working towards ICE or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure designs for residential/mixed-use developments (highways, drainage, site levels).
• Manage project workflow, budgets & team resources.
• Mentor junior engineers and maintain client relationships with approving bodies.
