Aldwych Consulting in London is seeking an Associate Civil Engineer to lead delivery of civil engineering projects across sectors, from concept to construction, with mentoring responsibilities.

You should have at least 8 years of post-graduate experience, Chartered Engineer status, and strong skills in below-ground drainage, SuDS, highways, and external works, with proficiency in Civil 3D and Causeway Flow. This role offers hybrid working and a path to client leadership.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Lead civil engineering projects from concept to tender and construction.
• Manage scopes, programmes, budgets and resources.
• Review designs, calculations and technical reports for quality and compliance.
• Oversee below-ground drainage, SuDS, highways and external works design.
• Coordinate with architects, clients and other engineering disciplines.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and support business development.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers within the team.
