Registered Building Control Inspector - RBI - Building Inspector - Plan Checking

BSR work - Class 3 Registration Essential

You will work remotely on Class 3 projects, focusing on complex and technical projects rather than domestic and residential small-scale projects.

You will manage construction projects nationwide remotely. You have the flexibility to visit sites as needed or preferred, mainly focusing on plan checking during development.

You will serve as a Technical Manager, with opportunities for mentoring and developing the next generation of surveyors—an ideal role for those passionate about professional growth.

This role allows you to be based anywhere in the UK. If your current projects do not meet your registration requirements and affect your registration prospects, this is an excellent opportunity to focus on suitable projects.

The role is fully flexible, with no requirement to generate new business or meet KPIs.
