Registered Building Control Inspector - RBI - Building Inspector - Plan Checking

BSR work - Class 3 Registration Essential

CAN BE FULLY REMOTE OR REGIONAL

You will work remotely on Class 3 projects, focusing on complex and technical developments, avoiding domestic and residential small-scale projects.

You will manage construction projects nationwide, with the flexibility to visit sites at your discretion. Your primary focus will be on plan checking for development projects.

As a Technical Manager, you may also mentor junior surveyors, providing an opportunity to develop the next generation of professionals.

This role is open to candidates across the UK. If your current projects do not meet your registration requirements and you are concerned about future registration prospects, this is an ideal opportunity to focus on relevant work.

The position offers full flexibility with no requirement to win new business or meet KPIs.
