Location: North of England (ideal bases: Leeds, Manchester)
Type: Full-time | 3 Days Hybrid Working

What You'll Do:

• Handle rent reviews, lease renewals, and re-gears for both landlords and tenants
• Conduct inspections, valuations, and lease analysis
• Negotiate terms and draft heads of terms
• Represent clients in third-party disputes and expert witness scenarios
• Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to business development

What You'll Bring:

• MRICS/FRICS qualified with 1-5 years post-qualification experience
• Proven Lease Advisory experience (hospitality or medical sector experience a plus)
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
• A proactive, client-focused mindset with a passion for commercial property
