Registered Building Control Inspector - RBI - Building Inspector - Plan Checking

BSR work - Class 3 Registration Essential

You will work remotely on Class 3 projects, focusing on complex and technical developments. You will not need to spend time on domestic or residential small-scale projects but will have access to them if desired.

You will manage construction projects nationwide remotely. You have the flexibility to visit sites when appropriate or when you wish to see a project firsthand. Your primary focus will be on plan checking during development stages.

As a Technical Manager, you can mentor junior surveyors and contribute to developing the next generation of professionals, making this an excellent opportunity for career growth.

This role allows you to be based anywhere in the UK. If you are currently working on projects that do not meet your registration level and are concerned about your long-term registration prospects, this opportunity enables you to focus on qualifying projects.

The position is fully flexible, with no requirement to acquire new clients or meet KPIs.
