Role: Software Engineer – CCaaS – Cloud Contact Center (Mid to Sr. level) - UK

Location: Remote - England, UK

Travel: up to 10%

Navixus (formerly Eventus Solutions Group), winner of the 2024 Top Certified Implementation Partner by NICE, is hiring a Software Engineer to support Cloud Contact Center platforms (NICE Cxone).

This role involves working on all aspects of Cloud technology for the Contact Center, including product design, development, testing, and bug resolution. Collaboration with team members, mentoring, and onboarding are also key responsibilities.

Qualifications for Success:

• 5-8+ years of IVR and ACD development experience
• 4+ years of experience with CXone (preferred), Genesys Cloud, Amazon Connect, or similar platforms (Five9, Talkdesk, Twilio, 8X8)
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or engineering (preferred)
