Job summary

Rhodium in London is seeking a Day Duty Manager to lead the on-site operations for a luxury residential development. You will oversee concierge, amenity operations, security and housekeeping, ensuring a seamless one-team approach and proactive resident communications.

Working with the Deputy General Manager and concierge team, you will build owner loyalty, manage safety and incident reporting, and set high service standards across front office functions.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality supervisory/management experience in London prime residential amenity schemes.
• Strong organisational, communication and customer service skills.
• Experience serving UHNWIs.
• Good knowledge of Central London; English proficiency; extra languages beneficial.
• Proficiency in Front Office Systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site presence and manage the operational team to deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee concierge, amenity operations, security and housekeeping to ensure seamless delivery.
• Coordinate central services: guest arrivals, deliveries, post, amenity bookings and cleaning.
• Build resident loyalty through proactive communications and setting expectations.
• Submit incident reports and maintain daily/weekly performance reporting.
