Job summary

Pegasus Homes Limited is recruiting a Day Concierge for a Hampstead development. You will be the face of a luxury community, delivering high-end hospitality while ensuring site safety and operational standards in a 4 days on/4 days off rota from 07:00 to 19:00.

A strong customer focus and local knowledge are valued. The role includes engaging residents, guiding on local experiences, monitoring safety, and coordinating with suppliers to keep facilities pristine.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in luxury residential or hospitality settings.
• Educated to GCSE standard in Maths and English, or equivalent hospitality qualifications.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong IT skills; knowledge of Google Workspace is an advantage.
• Well-presented and highly professional; local area knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• First-Class Resident Engagement - act as the primary ambassador for the community with residents.
• Local Ambassador - offer tailored recommendations for local dining, arts, events, transport and leisure.
• Site Safety & Compliance - lead on-site safety, CCTV monitoring, access control, record-keeping, and first response.
• Building Operations - monitor M&E systems and assist with basic apartment fixture troubleshooting.
• Stakeholder Engagement - coordinate with sales, estate managers and suppliers to maintain facilities to immaculate standards.
