Job summary

Manor Way Primary Academy in Halesowen is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support learning across EYFS/KS1/KS2. The role is 32.5 hours per week, term time only, with an actual salary of £19,743.60 – £20,698.30.

The successful candidate will hold a Level 2 Teaching Assistant certificate and work within a friendly, inclusive Trust environment. You will contribute to high-quality pupil support, assist in monitoring progress, and collaborate with staff to unlock each pupil's potential.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 2 Teaching Assistant certificate or equivalent.
• Enhanced DBS check and references required.
• Term-time role: 32.5 hours per week across EYFS/KS1/KS2.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils across EYFS/KS1/KS2 five days a week.
• Assist teaching staff to maximise pupil progress.
• Create a safe, inclusive learning environment.
