Job summary

Exhall Grange Specialist School in Coventry is seeking an enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join our dedicated Primary team from January 2027, or earlier if available. You will teach within one of our specialist learning pathways, with small classes and teaching assistant support, delivering engaging lessons tailored to each pupil's needs.

You will work closely with the Assistant Headteacher of Primary and experienced colleagues to develop innovative approaches, collaborating with outside agencies

Qualifications

• Must have Qualified Teacher Status.
• Passion for teaching and learning that can challenge all pupils.
• Ability to motivate, inspire and stimulate curiosity, interest and enjoyment.

Responsibilities

• Teach small classes (typically 8–12 pupils) with dedicated teaching assistant support.
• Deliver engaging, creative lessons adapted to individual learning styles and needs.
• Use communication strategies to support pupils with communication difficulties.
• Collaborate with the Assistant Headteacher of Primary and experienced colleagues to develop innovative approaches.
• Coordinate with outside agencies and families to support pupil development.
• Plan activities that challenge all pupils and encourage personal growth.

About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic PrimaryTeacher to join our dedicated Primary team from January 2027, or earlier ifavailable.

What You Will Be Doing:

In our primary setting, you will workwithin one of our two specialist learning pathways, carefully designed to meetthe diverse needs of our pupils. These pathways are tailored to pupil need, andyou will help our pupils develop the qualities of our school values: Respect,Resilience, Confidence, Motivation, Aspiration and Integrity.
