Job summary

The Teach Team Ltd is currently recruiting passionate Primary Teachers to work within welcoming and supportive mainstream primary schools. We have opportunities available for both experienced teachers and enthusiastic Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to develop their careers in high-quality educational settings.

As a Primary Teacher, you will play a key role in creating engaging learning experiences, supporting pupil progress, and fostering a positive classroom environment where every child

Qualifications

• QTS in the UK.
• Experience teaching within a mainstream primary school.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and welfare of children.
• Enhanced DBS on Update Service or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes learning and wellbeing.
• Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively in accordance with school policies.
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and parents to support pupil achievement.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school community.
