Job summary

TeacherActive Limited. is seeking a qualified Primary Teacher for KS1 and KS2 positions across Scunthorpe and the wider area. Start immediately with daily rates in the £150–£230 range, offering flexibility to match your schedule and preferred year groups.

You'll deliver engaging lessons, maintain a positive classroom climate and adapt to diverse pupil needs while benefiting from support from a dedicated consultant and access to CPD opportunities.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ECTs are welcome to apply.
• Strong knowledge of the Primary Curriculum.
• Effective classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Confidence teaching across KS1 and/or KS2.
• A positive, adaptable and professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons across KS1 and KS2.
• Create a positive learning environment for pupils.
• Adapt teaching to meet individual student needs.
• Manage pupil behaviour effectively.
• Collaborate with schools and Temple consultants to identify suitable opportunities.

Salary: £150 - £230 per day
