Job summary

TeacherActive is seeking motivated Primary Supply Teachers to work with a range of Primary Schools across Scunthorpe and the wider area. Start date is immediate, with opportunities across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

We offer flexible day-to-day supply, short-term and longer placements, with a dedicated consultant to support you through registration and placements. Competitive daily rates and access to CPD courses via My-Progression are provided.

Job description

Job Title: Primary Supply Teacher

Location: Scunthorpe

Start Date: Immediate Start

Salary: £150 - £230 per day

TeacherActive is looking for motivated and dependable Primary Supply Teachers to work with a range of Primary Schools across Scunthorpe and the wider area.

Whether you're an experienced Primary Supply Teacher seeking regular bookings, an ECT looking to broaden your experience or a qualified teacher wanting greater control over your working week, we would love to hear from you.

We offer opportunities across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, including day-to-day supply, short-term cover and longer-term placements. Whether you're looking for occasional teaching days or more consistent work, we'll take the time to understand your availability, preferred year groups and travel preferences to help identify suitable roles.

We are looking for Primary Supply Teachers who have:

• QTS (ECTs are welcome to apply)
• A secure understanding of the Primary Curriculum
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• The ability to adapt confidently to different school environments
• A positive, flexible and professional approach to teaching
