Job summary

The Oak Partnership Trust is seeking a passionate SENDCo to work closely with the Trust SEND lead, headteachers and senior leaders. You will shape SEND strategy, support colleagues and build strong partnerships with parents and external agencies to ensure our pupils receive high-quality provision.

This part-time role will provide additional capacity to our existing primary schools SEND team. The successful candidate will lead and support staff to deliver high-quality SEND provision and work with

The Oak Partnership Trust is seeking a passionate, enthusiastic and dedicated SENDCo to work closely with the Trust SEND lead, existing SENDCos, headteachers and senior leaders. You will play a pivotal role in shaping SEND strategy, supporting colleagues, building strong partnerships with parents and external agencies and ensuring our pupils receive the highest quality provision. This part-time role will provide additional capacity to our existing primary schools SEND team.

• Is a qualified teacher with a strong commitment to inclusive education.
• Has excellent knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and current SEND legislation.
• Can lead and support staff to deliver high-quality SEND provision.
• Has experience working with pupils with a range of SEND needs.
• Builds positive relationships with pupils, families and external agencies.
• Is passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people. Salary: Teacher Main Scale/ Upper Pay Scale dependent on experience. Additional SEN allowance possible dependent on qualifications and experience.
