Job summary

Aspire People is recruiting a Primary SEND Teacher for a specialist school in Corby. The role is full time with a September 2026 start, offering MPS/UPS salary.

You will plan differentiated lessons for pupils with SEND and contribute to an engaging, supportive learning environment where every pupil can thrive academically, socially and emotionally. Here at Aspire People, we are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, creative and committed Primary SEND Teacher to join our partner specialist school located in Corby.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate teacher who is committed to delivering outstanding education for children with special educational needs and disabilities. You will play a key role in creating a positive, engaging and highly supportive learning environment where every pupil is encouraged to thrive academically, socially and emotionally.

Pupils at the school have a range of additional needs including autism, communication and interaction difficulties, sensory needs and complex learning needs. We are looking for someone who can adapt learning to meet individual needs while fostering confidence, independence and achievement.

Key Responsibilities

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Has experience teaching pupils with SEND, ideally within a primary or specialist setting

• Has a passion for inclusive education and pupil-centred learning
• Works effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
