Job summary

Aspire People is seeking qualified SEND Teachers to join our panel covering Kettering and the surrounding areas. We provide opportunities across specialist schools, SEND provisions and mainstream settings, with flexible full-time, part-time and day-to-day supply roles.

As a SEND Teacher, you’ll support pupils with ASC, SEMH, MLD/SLD, PMLD and other needs, delivering engaging, differentiated lessons in an inclusive learning environment while maintaining high standards of behaviour and

Qualifications

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
  • Experience teaching children with SEND, either in specialist or mainstream settings
  • A patient, adaptable and compassionate approach
  • Strong behaviour management and communication skills
  • A genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of children with additional needs

Qualified SEND Teachers Needed

Location: Kettering and surrounding areas

Contract: Full-time, part-time, or flexible day-to-day supply work

Pay Rate: 150 - 225 per day depending on the role and experience

We're looking for enthusiastic and experienced Qualified SEND Teachers to join our growing team.

The Role

As a SEND Teacher, you'll be supporting pupils with a variety of additional needs, including:

  • Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
  • Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH)
  • Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD & SLD)
  • Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
  • ADHD and other complex needs

You’ll be responsible for delivering engaging, differentiated lessons that enable every learner to achieve their full potential while creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

We Are Looking For:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
  • Experience teaching children with SEND, either in specialist or mainstream settings
