Aspire People is recruiting a Primary SEND Teacher for a specialist school in Corby. The role is full time with a September 2026 start, offering MPS/UPS salary.

You will plan differentiated lessons for pupils with SEND and contribute to an engaging, supportive learning environment where every pupil can thrive academically, socially and emotionally. The successful candidate will have QTS and experience with SEND, working within a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding education and

Qualifications

• Must hold QTS and be eligible to work in the UK.
• Experience teaching pupils with SEND, ideally in primary or specialist setting.
• Demonstrates strong behaviour management and inclusive practice.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
• Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
• Assess, monitor and track pupil progress effectively.
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, families and external professionals.
• Develop and implement EHCP targets and personalised learning strategies.
• Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
• Contribute to the wider life of the academy and ongoing curriculum development.
