Teach Plus are seeking an experienced SENCO to join a welcoming primary school in Acton, Ealing, starting ASAP. You will lead SEND provision across the school, working with staff, families and external professionals to ensure high-quality support for pupils with SEND.

The role requires a qualified teacher with SENCO experience, strong knowledge of EHCPs and a collaborative leadership style, within a diverse, inclusive setting in West London.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a SENCO qualification.
• Experience as a SENCO.
• Knowledge of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and SEND legislation.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the school's SEND provision to meet individual needs.
• Oversee identification, assessment and monitoring of pupils with SEND.
• Develop, review and maintain EHCPs with regular evaluation of targets and provision.
• Collaborate with class teachers, TAs, parents and external professionals to implement support strategies.
• Provide guidance and training to staff on inclusive teaching practices and interventions.
• Monitor pupil progress and evaluate the impact of SEND interventions.
