Qualifications

• Experience as Site Manager, caretaker, premises officer or facilities professional with practical skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a school team.
• Committed to creating a safe and welcoming school environment.

Responsibilities

• The successful Site Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, security and general upkeep of the school site.
• Carry out general maintenance, repairs and basic DIY where required.
• Coordinate contractors and oversee external works and servicing.
• Complete routine health and safety, security and site checks.
• Manage site-related issues efficiently and respond to emergencies when required.
• Support the school in maintaining a welcoming environment for pupils, staff and visitors.
