Job summary

Remedy Education is recruiting a Premises Manager for a fantastic Primary school in Lewisham. You will oversee facilities, supervise cleaners and caretakers, and manage contractor work to ensure safe, secure buildings and smooth operations.

Ideal candidates will have school environment experience and hold a valid DBS (update service). Immediate interview and start are preferred, with full DBS checks required before start.

Qualifications

• Experience in a school setting is required.
• A valid enhanced DBS check is required before starting work.

Responsibilities

• Manage Cleaning and Caretaking staff across the school.
• Ensure projects are completed on time through effective communication with facilities teams.
• Act as keyholder and ensure security of the building and grounds.
• Take bookings for external users of school facilities.
• Oversee heating, lighting and alarms to ensure operation.
• Procure equipment orders for facilities across the school.
