Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group in Sandycroft is seeking Production Operatives to join our busy team on a permanent basis with weekly pay and on-site facilities. You will help prepare poultry products in a chilled environment and work within the Primary Selection area, including palletising 20kg baskets of chickens.

We offer full training, including Level 1 Health & Safety and Level 2 Food Safety certification, plus opportunities for progression within the business.

Job Description We’re looking for enthusiastic Production Operatives to join our team in Sandycroft on a permanent basis with transport from*:

Shifts pattern: 3 days work, 3 days rest start 5am - 5.00pm Pay Rate - £13.80 p/h Hours - 12 hours per day In this role, you’ll help prepare poultry products for our customers while working in a chilled factory environment.

As a Primary Operative, you will take on a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced poultry processing environment.

You will be part of a dynamic team within the Primary Selection area, with your main duty involving palletizing 20kg baskets of chickens.

Tasks are rotated throughout the shift to support different areas of production, and full training will be provided.

Experience in production or factory work is helpful but not essential
