2 Sisters Food Group in Sandycroft, Wales, is hiring Production Operatives on a permanent basis. You will work in a chilled poultry production environment as part of the Primary Selection team, with duties including palletizing 20kg baskets of chickens and supporting other production tasks.

Shifts are 3 days on, 3 days off, 5am to 5pm, paying £13.80 per hour with weekly pay and full training provided.

Job Description

We’re looking for enthusiastic Production Operatives to join our team in Sandycroft on a permanent basis.

2 Sisters Food Group is one of the UK’s leading food manufacturers, and this is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced business with real career progression opportunities.

Shift pattern: 3 days work, 3 days rest start 5am - 5.00pm

Pay Rate – £13.80 p/h

Hours - 12 hours per day

In this role, you’ll help prepare poultry products for our customers while working in a chilled factory environment. As a Primary Operative, you will take on a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced poultry processing environment. You will be part of a dynamic team within the Primary Selection area, with your main duty involving palletizing 20kg baskets of chickens. Tasks are rotated throughout the shift to support different areas of production, and full training will be provided.

Qualifications

We’re looking for people with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to high standards of safety and quality. Experience in production or factory work is helpful but not essential — full training will be provided, including Level 1 Health & Safety and Level 2 Food Safety certification.
