Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group is hiring Production Operatives at the Sandycroft site on a permanent basis. You will join a team in a chilled environment, preparing poultry products for customers and supporting various processing duties as needed.

No previous experience is required as full training is provided, including Level 1 Health & Safety and Level 2 Food Safety certifications. Weekly pay and site facilities support a long-term career with the company.

Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Production Operatives to join our team in Sandycroft on a permanent basis.

Shifts Pattern:
Week 1: Sunday - Thu (04:45 - 13:15)
Week 2: Monday to Thursday (14:00 - 22:30), Friday (09:30 - 18:00)
Hours - 42.5hours per week

In this role, you’ll help prepare poultry products for our customers while working in a chilled factory environment. Depending on your team, duties may include handling chicken portions, filleting, deboning, or preparing whole birds. Full training is provided, so no previous experience is required.

Qualifications

We’re looking for people with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to high standards of safety and quality. Experience in production or factory work is helpful but not essential — full training will be provided, including Level 1 Health & Safety Level 2 Food Safety certification.
