Bridgwater & Taunton College Trust is seeking an organised Primary Phase Administrator to support reception and admin services within the Primary Phase and Nursery. You will play a key role in coordinating reception and administrative services, supporting nursery admissions and funding processes, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating the day-to-day operation of the Primary Phase reception and administrative service.
Acting as the main point of contact for nursery families and supporting admissions enquiries.
Managing nursery admissions, waiting lists, session allocations and transitions.
Administering nursery funding processes, including eligibility checks and funding claims.
Maintaining accurate pupil and nursery records and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Providing high-quality customer service and responding professionally to a range of enquiries.
Supporting the safeguarding, welfare and wellbeing of children and young people.
