Job summary

Bridgwater College Academy is seeking a Primary Teacher (0.4 FTE) to join our ambitious team on a permanent basis in lower Key Stage 2. The role offers a supportive environment, a competitive MPS/UPS package, and benefits including the Teachers Pension Scheme and staff wellbeing facilities.

About The Role

Bridgwater College Academy is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Primary Teacher to join our team on a permanent 0.4 FTE contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an exceptional teacher looking for a part-time position within a supportive and ambitious school community working in lower Key Stage 2.

We are looking for a teacher who:

  • Creates engaging and inspiring learning experiences.
  • Is committed to raising achievement and supporting every child to reach their potential.
  • Works collaboratively as part of a strong and supportive team.
  • Shares our commitment to inclusion, safeguarding and educational excellence.

We welcome applications from qualified teachers who have successfully completed their statutory induction period. Unfortunately, we are not currently able to support ECT induction for this post.
