Job summary

Aspire People is recruiting a Primary Intervention Assistant in Hinckley to work with teachers delivering focused support to pupils across the primary age range, helping them build confidence and make progress. This role involves 1:1 and small-group interventions, with a strong emphasis on literacy and numeracy development.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience with children, be patient and reliable, and possess excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children is essential.
• Experience delivering targeted literacy and numeracy support.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills are required.
