Job summary

Aspire People have partnered with a primary school in Hinckley to recruit a dedicated Primary Intervention Assistant. You will support pupils with targeted literacy and numeracy interventions and work closely with teachers to plan bespoke sessions.

The role is Monday to Friday, 105 per day, ASAP start, with ongoing support from a dedicated consultant. The ideal candidate has prior experience with children and a patient, encouraging approach to help pupils make progress.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children is essential.
• Experience in a primary school setting is advantageous.
• Ability to deliver 1:1 and small-group interventions.
