Job summary

Protocol Education is seeking a confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming primary school in Slough. The role is full-time and long-term, with opportunities to work across the school and support pupils and teachers.

You will have HLTA status or strong HLTA experience, support KS1/KS2, deliver lessons when required, and maintain positive behaviour and inclusive learning environments. The post is based in Slough, Berkshire (SL1/SL2).

Protocol Education is currently working with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Slough, Berkshire (SL2) who are looking for a confident and experienced HLTA to join their team.

This is a full-time, long-term position within a supportive school environment, with the opportunity to work across the school and provide high-quality support to pupils and teachers.

We're Looking For an HLTA Who:

• Has HLTA status or strong experience working at HLTA level
• Has experience supporting pupils across Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2
• Is confident delivering lessons and covering classes when required
• Has strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Can work independently while following school planning and guidance
• Creates engaging, inclusive and purposeful learning environments
