Protocol Education is seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a friendly primary school in Slough, Berkshire. The role is full-time and long-term, with the opportunity to support pupils and teachers across the school.

You should have HLTA status or strong HLTA experience, be confident delivering lessons, and have solid classroom and behaviour management skills. The school values reliable, enthusiastic staff who can work independently and foster inclusive learning

Are you an experienced HLTA or Teaching Assistant looking for a new opportunity in Slough?

Protocol Education is currently working with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Slough, Berkshire (SL2) who are looking for a confident and experienced HLTA to join their team.

This is a full-time, long-term position within a supportive school environment, with the opportunity to work across the school and provide high-quality support to pupils and teachers.

The Role

Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

Location: Slough, Berkshire (SL1)

Contract: Long-Term

Hours: Full-Time

Pay: Dependent on experience

We're Looking For an HLTA Who:

• Has HLTA status or strong experience working at HLTA level
• Has experience supporting pupils across Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2
• Is confident delivering lessons and covering classes when required
• Has strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Can work independently while following school planning and guidance
• Creates engaging, inclusive and purposeful learning environments
• Builds positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
• Is reliable, enthusiastic and committed to supporting pupil progress

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
