Reeson Education is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support primary school pupils in Southampton, Hampshire. You will deliver prepared lessons during PPA, lead whole-class activities and provide targeted interventions, with one-to-one and small-group support.

The role offers flexible supply work or longer-term assignments, with daily rates of 100–120 GBP depending on experience and assignment, and an ASAP start following safeguarding checks.

Qualificações

• HLTA qualification or substantial classroom experience required.
• Strong behaviour management and ability to work independently within school guidelines.
• Confidence delivering whole-class and targeted intervention sessions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead whole-class learning and maintain clear, consistent expectations.
• Support reading, writing and mathematics through focused interventions.
• Adapt resources and explanations for pupils with SEND or gaps in learning.
• Check understanding and provide progress feedback to teachers.
